Assignments

Assignments should be completed from top to bottom as they will raise in difficulty the lower in the stack.

Part I

  • Personal Project: Map your DB: Identify the nouns in your application's user stories → list attributes for each → decide relationships → diagram in DrawSQL. Next lecture: VSCode + Supabase.
  • Netflix Clone II: Focus on your thought process of what data this application needs to handle (YOU MAY INCLUDE A USER COMPONENT BUT DON'T DIVE INTO AUTHENTICATION)
  • FreeCodeCamp: Python Certification: Complete 50 steps for receiving your Python Certification.

Part II

  • Personal Project: Place your DB on Supabase: Take your resources from the previous assignment and connect them to a newly created Supabase project.
  • Netflix Clone II: Generate your database schema on Supabase so your applicaiton can interact with it in the future. (YOU MAY INCLUDE A USER COMPONENT BUT DON'T DIVE INTO AUTHENTICATION)
  • FreeCodeCamp: JavaScript Certification: Complete 100 steps for receiving your Python Certification.
